xcel–HCAHPS and xcel–CGCAHPS are innovative accelerated educational programs designed to improve the patient experience in hospitals and outpatient office environments. Our diagnostics system and tool kits allow leaders to identify skill and knowledge gaps at the individual level and rapidly deploy individualized training via the web or mobile-enabled devices to enhance their patient satisfaction improvement plans. Every team member has the power to make or break a patient’s experience, but not every team member needs the same amount of training.
